ISN Security is the best! We have implemented their security system at our high-rise condominium association and couldn’t be happier! The owners love the convenience of turning onto property and having such easy access to their homes! If I ever have any questions about the system, I can contact Cheryl in the office, and she always points me to the right person. Juber is the best with technical support and can easily walk me through anything that I may need assistance with. BEST security system, and the nicest staff to work with. 100% recommend!!

Our community was desperately in need of a new gate access control system. The old keypad/gate opener entry just was not providing the control we needed. We did extensive research and contacted a wide variety of vendors. What struck me about ISN was their ability to quickly grasp the unique requirements of our oceanfront gated community. Despite being in Florida and our community being in Kona, Hawaii they presented an attractive fully customized package.

With over a decade of providing access control solutions to Bay Colony, ISN has continued to maintain its position as an industry leader by providing new and innovative cutting edge developments that have enhanced our operations. In meeting our most recent challenge of processing a high vehicular traffic volume with limited human and physical resources, ISN solved our vehicle processing dilemma, in a cost effective manner, by developing a “site-specific” mobile app used with an i-phone that effectively doubled our ability to process vehicles by virtually creating a second processing line. Utilizing a built-in barcode scanner, ISN’s iPhone app allows us to process incoming vehicles by scanning barcodes on pre-issued passes, which updates our main processing computer in real-time and also allows for remote operation of our entrance gates.

Olivier and the Team at ISN were very easy to work with when developing and installing our Gatekeeper system. They have been very open to collaborating with us on programming ideas that customizes the system to meet the needs of our community. Tech support is always available to us in a within a reasonable time; Georgia, Chris W. and Chris S. are top notch in support and Mike B is very responsive for sales and product questions.

RiverStone is a gated development of 308 lakeside luxury homes in Davie located near public parks and a major highway. Thus, controlling access to our community is important to us. We count on our ISN Gatekeeper system to automate and control all vehicular access through our resident entry lane and through our Gatehouse managed visitor lane. We recently enhanced our ISN system with web access for our residents to manage their visitor access to our community and for automated notifications to residents when a visitor clears the Gatehouse lane. We would recommend ISN to any community seeking a proven access control solution.

You should be congratulated, not even Bill Gates could claim to have a system running for 15 years, 24 hours a day, without a single failure. The Gatekeeper system has been bulletproof in every respect.

ISN has always been there for us. Their willingness to give professional advice, offering feasible systems solutions, and going the extra mile to meet our needs has been greatly appreciated. We have just switched to an RFID tag system for our community and ISN has been with us every step of the way in helping to conceptualize our system. Thanks again ISN and we look forward to strengthening our business relationship with you!!

For almost 18 years and during that entire time I’ve had International Security Networks as my gate entry company. I can honestly say it is outstanding. I have had very few problems. If there are any problems, the company takes care of it almost immediately and their field people are second to none.

I would highly recommend it to any of the gated community in Florida or anywhere else. They are truly top of the line.

I am the Vice-President of the HOA at Riverwalk and I just wanted to let you know how professional and wonderful everyone from ISN has been since we hired ISN as our Security company at Riverwalk. Mike has been professional and attentive both during the sales process and since the sale was made. He is an asset to your company. I look forward to our mutual effort to keep our community safe and secure.

The Laguna Condo Association had a very old gate system and wanted to update to a new gate access control system. We went around looking at all the items out there and then came across the ISN website. ISN came out to check the site out and walked us over what they could do to help the gate system. Our HOA was so impressed with how they knew what the company had to offer to the site and the prices were great. After installing a couple of problems came up but we called their support line the problem was fixed. The tech people are great and always willing to help. They know their software in and out and are always willing to help whenever something comes up. This is a great company to work with and they are always there to help.
